Privacy Policy & Children's Data Safeguards

1. Information We Do NOT Collect
To ensure child safety, ThinkZone strictly prohibits and avoids collecting:
- Child's full legal name or surname.
- Child's physical home address or exact GPS geolocation.
- Child's school name or grade.
- Child's phone number or personal email address.
- Child voice recordings or biometric data.
- Child photo or video uploads.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the bare minimum required to deliver the learning experience:
- Parent/Guardian email address and password hash for account administration.
- Parental consent timestamp, date, and IP address for compliance verification.
- Child first name or nickname, birth month and year (to calibrate age-appropriate missions), and avatar selection.
- In-game mission responses, hint counts, and completion timestamps to calculate rule-based Thinker Profile scores.
3. Zero Advertising & No Third-Party Tracking
ThinkZone does not display third-party advertisements and does not share or sell child activity data to commercial data brokers or advertisers.
4. Parental Rights
Parents can review, edit, or delete their child's profile and progress history at any time through the Parent Portal, or by emailing our privacy team.
