1. Parental Authority & Consent
By registering for ThinkZone, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor child enrolled under your account, and you provide explicit consent for the child to participate in ThinkZone learning activities.
2. Permitted Use
ThinkZone is granted for non-commercial, personal home education and enrichment for children aged 6–8 years. You agree to safeguard your parent password and ensure that your child accesses only through the PIN-protected Child Mode.
3. Nature of Developmental Observations
ThinkZone observations and Thinker Profile calculations are based on interactive learning activities completed inside the platform and are strictly intended for enrichment feedback. They do not constitute a medical, psychological, diagnostic, or standardized intelligence assessment.
4. Account Deletion
Parents retain the right to deactivate or request permanent deletion of their account and all linked child profiles at any time through the Parent Portal.
